Dear all, my car is 2002 Corolla, 2 weeks ago, my check light came on, and I drove to Auto Service, there are two code, one is P1349, the other one is P1656. the mechanics told me that maybe there are nothing wrong with P1349(VVTi system), it is caused by P1656(OCV), so he ordered the a new OCV, and replaced it, let me see whether it will come on again. Then I drove 2 weeks , today the check light came on again, the code it P1349, and I found the there are some noises from which I never heard come from my car. the dealer told me that I have to spend more than 1k to fix it, but the drives ok. nothing wrong, just some noises and check light. so what is the problem ? how can I do now ? thank you.
