On the wheels - as long as the bolt pattern and offset are acceptable. On the 9th gen - it would be 5x100 with a range of offsets from 38mm-45mm on a wheel no wider than 7".

As for the steering wheel - most can "fit" - but if it will match the rest of the steering column. Hard to say without seeing one on there. Usually safer to stay in the same generation to avoid fitment issues.
