When did the corolla and Camry get rid of spark plug wires and change to the coil on plug current setup.
What year. Just curious.
Thanks.

1994 Camry V6
2002 Camry I4
2000 Corolla I4
What does I4 stand for. Do they have a V4 or
they do not call it that.
Thanks.
I4 = inline 4, the majority of 4 cylinder cars you'll find out there are of this design. Most common exception is your Subaru - those use a horizontally opposed 4 cylinder or sometimes referred to a "boxer" engine.
There are V4 configurations, but not in the Toyota lineup, think more on the lines of motorcycles.
