Have to remember that nothing will replace the FSM (Factory Service Manual) for technical and troubleshooting detail. But not everyone is willing to spend the several hundreds of dollars to get one either - just not cost effective when the Haynes manual there. In the case of your model - it was the first of its generation to get the DBW throttlebody and introduced a different front fascia. Otherwise, mechanically, it is like the other 9th gen Corollas (2003-2008). If you had to chose between the two manuals - the 2005-2008 Corolla manual would be a better choice, as the models are much closer than the previous 2003-2004 models. Suspension, brakes, long block, most electricals - are pretty much all the same between the models in the generation. But since you already have the earlier manual - you should be fine. Only thing you "might" see in the newer manual, is instead of text explaining the slight differences, actually just show you an illustration. Might be worthwhile to have the two side by side and see what the differences are - especially around the throttlebody description.
