Hello,

My stepson's car was jumped wrong while I was out of town.

I replaced the 80 amp fuse and now the car starts but the charge light and brake light stay on

and the alternator is not charging the battery. Does anyone think the alternator is bad, or is there something I've missed?

It's a 91 Camry . They said they reversed the polarity and sparks were flying.
