I have a 2006 Corolla with 90k miles. No other issues to-date except that my AC now blows cool air through the two passenger vents but does not blow cool air through the driver side vent and not much through the vent just to the right of the steering wheel.

Does anyone know what might be causing this phenomenom and what should be looked at to fix this issue?

Thanks!

Have you checked/replaced the cabin air filter lately? Filter is behind the glovebox, you can remove the glovebox (there is a plunger on the right side with a single screw, remove that and the glovebox will com down on its own). Right behind it is the door to the filter assembly, push the two tabs in the sides and remove, pull filter out slowly. If it wasn't changed in a while, could even be stuck in there from all the debris piled on top of it.

If the filter checked out fine, then you probably have a break or leak in the airflow ducting from the main line. For that, you'll have to pull the dash apart to check thoroughly, might be luck and get to it from below the dash.
