Pretty rare. There might be some at a local junkyard.

 

Will other models work??

check out carparts.com and i had a 76 datsun b210 with the same lights. so i would check out all old corollas, datsun prolly b210 and 280 , mazda rx2s and rx3s maybe that will help you. goodluck
