I installed lowering springs on my 04 immediately after I purchased it back new. I noticed premature wear and scalopping on the the inside fronts. Is it possible that I need a camber kit to fix this problem?

How much did you lower it? A alignment shop should have let you know if they couldn't get it in spec. Most street lowering springs should be okay.
Did you put the springs on stock struts?
If so and your tires are cupped it's likely that your stock struts are blown due to the lowering springs.
well it depends on how low it went and if it is the inside tire then yes it could use a camber kit it wouldnt hurt but check your tire shops around there my corolla i dropped about 2 1/2 inches so i needed one
