I just wrote on a french board about all the mafioso italian contractors of the 60's and 70's, the grey enveloppes to the liberal party of the time and how the contracts were attributed. It was scandalous.

So we have this on one side and on the other, the lack of follow-up and repair of our now obsolete road infrastructures dating mostly from the '60's.
