How 'riceboy' Are You?

Recommended Posts

I had the same results as Nillinois. I personally find riced out cars to reflect on the driver of said car in a bad way.

That sight asks when you're home and what kind of car you have. It might as well ask where you keep your keys.

Officially 100% Rice-Free right here, Baby.

:squint: its not a catback, its 'im too cheap to get it fixed right' and hey, the visible primer shouldnt count as another color!

Rice Free here

I am utterly riceless today, right down to the OEM wheel covers.

Back in the 1970s with my '74 Celica with Cragar SS wheels and racing stripes, I guess I was ricey when ricey wasn't cool!

What is "Ricey" anyway? Is that undesirable?

Can't we just change a few things to make the car the way we like it?

How come it's a gen 7 Corolla LE for borderline riceboy? default_smile

And a Saturn for a wannabe?

And full-fledged being some unknown, severely dropped Chevy pickup?

And... brace for this... something like a 3-door Focus hatch for proud ricers?

I believe being rice or not is whether you think that the stuff you put on will make your car go fast.

So sound system - no

alloys - maybe

fart cans - yes

all the visuals you put on including exhaust tips - depends.

To me there is a difference between ricing and souping up.

The closest I come to being a "rice boy" is when I'm eating a plate of Risotto.

I would have to conclude that being "Ricey" would mean having a mod that the majority of us would consider "Ugly".

It isn't just what we would call a ugly mod, but it is also an unnecessary mod, and a non-performance enhancing mod.
