The interior light went of in my 1995 DX. I checked the bulb and it seems ok.. Does anybody know of any fuse I can replace.. It is neither coming on with the door open or a forced on.. 
Any help will be appreciated.

Check your trunk light. The diagram I have shows it on the same circuit as the dome light. If it's out too, then there could be a fuse blown. There's a door in the kick panel of the driver side footwell that has fuses inside and others are in that box under the hood near the driver side fender. If I recall correctly the dome light fuse is under the hood in the fuse box. I've removed mine in the past. It is labeled [Dome,I think]l. It's a 20A fuse.
Could be the bulb. Sometimes you can't tell if they're burnt out by inspecting them.
