You should be able to find tons of information on that type of swap. A 4AF or 4AFE swap to a 4AGE variant is very popular. Best way to approach it is with a half cut - that way you have acess to all the wiring, sensors, ECM, etc from the donar car. Hardest part is find a good donor car at a decent price. Since the swap is popular - the prices for the 4AGE have been rising significantly.
