Jeff Bracken was put in charge of Lexus in the United States back in 2013; now, after forty years with Toyota, he is retiring, and being replaced by David Christ, who is the vice president of sales. Christ started with the company back in 1994, working his way up through sales, distribution, customer retention, and finance. (The head of Lexus in the US oversees sales, marketing, customer service, and dealer relations.)
Christ’s role is being taken over by Dejuan Ross, who started with Toyota in 1995; he is currently a regional Toyota manager in Chicago.
