Probably. Depends on how the jackstand will be used. To act as a safety device or to hold up the whole weight of the vehicle. How much room are you will to take up under the car? How much use will they see?

Pretty much any jack stand you find out there will work. Most of what is out there is atleast 2 tons, vertical load - many are 2.5tons to 3 tons. Most are also 4 corner stands instead of a tripod base or foot base - so they are inherently stable.

You'll have to consult the manuals for those cars and see what the factory recommendations are - some prefer a cushioned pad, some have designated mounting/pickup points on the chassis.
