Turn Signal, Front Parking Light Plastic Cover Assembly Corolla 98 Le

Are these easy to install by one's self? I bought the part and was going to have a mechanic install it as the plastic cover got lost on the freeway. The left driver's side is a bit loose too, I guess these are glued on right and probably the left front is next to drop off...probably be better to replace in pairs?

they should be easy to DIY and save dome cash. not sure if the bumper has to come off or not but if you look on youtube you should find a video to help
