Turn Indicator Switch

Could be the flasher relay going bad, though that should affect both sides, or it could be stalk switch going bad. Can try and replace that with a known good one - see if that works for you. Hardest part is getting to the switch - once you blow apart the steering column, only a couple of screws holds that stalk in - plug and play setup.
