Corolla For 2013?

Let's forget the interior and exterior styling because that's up to the individual as to if they like it. What I want to know is engine and transaxle changes and interior option content and feature availability.

For some, looks are everything. Style matters. Lack of style is inexcusable, and, in a word, evil. It just is.

Why don't they just stop calling their 2013 Corolla a Corolla, and just call it the Dopey? What, did they hire the stylists of Nissan's new Versa sedan?

As for the proof of Toyota'a new, stupid design, here it is. Lame exterior styling. Dash from last year's Avalon. Knees won't fit under the door arm rests like they do in the current model. Good-bye, center-stack lidded storage compartment and dual glove boxes! Hello, DULL and BORING!

What made Corolla and Tercel famous years ago is they were boring but utterly reliable.

There are plenty of choices for the style minded but little to none for those wanting economy, reliability, and serviceability.

That was Corolla's niche way back when, and there are still buyers wanting that type of vehicle.
