With this motor's long stroke, low compression ratio and relatively thin cylinder walls amoing other design traits.... your best bet is a supercharger kit. Frankly, even with some major mods... you'll never get this car to match a '03 or '04 motor... which makes 130HP with a very broad torque curve.... such is the downside of modifying older cars.
Other options might be some header wrap. I'm not sure if TRD made any aftermarket headers for this model year.
There don't seem to be any TRD parts listed for '91 - '97 models. Plenty for '98-'02 and '03-'04
