I have a '98 Corolla that had 70,000 or so on it when I bought it. (I'm the third owner.) Had it since October, put 10,000 on it. However, I just had it checked out, and I was told the engine gasket is leaking, the rings are leaking, and basically that I need to replace it entirely. Yay.

So. If anyone is within a decent distance from me, and knows of a reputable (or at least reliable) person willing to sell their engine, that has tested and run it hot and knows it isn't leaking, or if anyone here has an engine to sell, please let me know. I'm hoping for an engine with decent miles on it, but I realize it's going to be near impossible unless someone has a 2002.
