Once I get the the 6 disc "factory radio" out of the dash of my 2006 Corolla S, what's the best way to remove the stuck CD from the changer?

Today I found a CD in my 1997 (I don't use the CD player).

I am the only one who ever drives my car.

My wife, daughter and son (they are the only ones who live with me - besides the dog and cat!) say it is not theirs.

Why would someone put a CD into my car's CD player when it is off??

It is a mystery to me.
