I have a 2011 corolla and the thin wire coming from the positive battery terminal is disconnected. Can someone tell me what it was attached to. I'm not talking about the main cable but a tiny 18 guage red wire.

Is it actually disconnected or was it cut off / damaged?
The thinner wire should run to the EFI relay group - that cluster should be close to the battery, might run to the right of the battery near the driver's side fender apron.
I'm assuming this is similar to my 2009 Matrix, which happens to be a similar setup on my 2002 Corolla and 2009 Rav4.
