I'm looking to replace it on all four doors - its has peeled BADLY. I'm looking for OEM replacement, does not have to be genuine toyota. Any suggestions are appreciated, thanks. 
Yeah, that is common to both the 8th and 9th gen Corollas.
That is called the door opening trim moulding - should run about $50-$60 each door.
Here is a DIY guide on another forum, about 1/2 down - they list the part numbers in various colors
