I don't remember off hand - as it has been a while. But I remember the speakers were 4-6 ohms and ~25W. Frequency range, SPL, and sensitivity is anyone's guess. Paper cones can be made to have very good response, but I highly doubt that Toyota would go to the trouble in doing that with OEM speakers. The headunit has good performance, as replacing just the speakers with decent aftermarket ones yield a tremendously improved sound quality, dynamic range.
