2003 Engine Repair Manual - Vvt-i Repair

Hi Guys / Gals

I want to change the VVT-I actuator on my 2003 Corolla, and was wondering if anyone had a .pdf of the part in the repair manual that tells you how to set up the gears. I think it involves using compressed air to reset the VVT.

If someone can send me the document or point me in the right direction it would be awesome!

If someone has done the job and has any pointers, it would be appreciated as well.
