anyone get LEDS to blink correctly?

Depends on application and type of LED. You can get LEDs to blink - it depends on the controller or output device the LED is plugged into. Unsure of exact application - you did not state it in your post. If you mean the type of LEDs that replace standard bulbs in corner lamps, turn signal, or brake lights - it depends on who made them and if they are made for your vehicle. You may be able to directly replace a 12V filament bulb with a similarly rated LED, but most will find out that in most cases - the LED will flash too fast or will not flash at all. Most of the better manufacturers already knew this and engineered appropriate loads and sinks in the socket base or come with their own controllers and relays. If you don't want to buy different LEDs - you have to find the correct load and possibly a power sink to go with them. It sounds like the LED has an impedence mismatch with your system - it may cause your relay to go crazy or not work at all - it basically is a case of too much power - and you have to find a way to equalizing it to get your stock relays to work correctly.
