You can try to do an online search for it. One place is www.toyotapart.com - they might be able to fine one for you. I got mine there for $15 - but for a Camry.

When I bought my 93 Corolla (2nd hand), it did not have a manual. So, I borrowed a friend's manual and photostatted it. I don't suppose I've infringed some copyright law since I actually own the car?
