Lookin at the 20v 4AG-E silvertop (swap) for my 93 dx, still new to tuning, so where can i find quality parts for the engine? internet? Should i talk to local import shops, see if they can help me out? That i plan on doin, to see if the car is even worth spendin the cash, its not in the best condition, but still runs decently at 250,000 miles!....i dont take it above 55mph:)
What about an engine kit, would that be better than buying parts individually?

Not sure what you meant by engine "kit" - pretty much everything you buy, be it for the 4A-GE or the original 4A-FE/7A-FE would be bought individually.

There might be a few shops that specialize in tuning these A-series Toyota engines, performance parts for the 4A-GE family of engines, a majority of those would have to be sourced overseas. If you are lucky, there might be stocked parts in some shops in the US - online retailers would be a good source. Also keep in mind the number of knock-off and counterfeit components out there for the 4A-GE family of engine. Sounds a bit odd, but there is a huge market for JDM knock-offs, many on well know local and overseas tuning components.

Be prepared for long lead times, not unusual to have waits running from weeks to several months. Unless you have a direct contact overseas, this is where those Toyota tuning shops locally can help, only other option is to fly overseas and bring the pieces back with you. Sounds a bit odd, but some people have done just that - if they were on a time crunch.

Only thing I would worry about is stuffing a built engine into a tired chassis. Even with suspension, brake, and drivetrain upgrades - wouldn't hurt to go over all the chassis nuts and bolts, check body seals, find and eliminate any signs of corrosion. If there is perforation of any metal in the unitbody's main structure - might have to consider finding a cleaner body for the swap and keep this car as the daily driver/parts pickup car. Even if the car's body is solid - you might want to invest in chassis stiffeners / roll cage. Done correctly and coupled with a decent suspension, they can make a stock engined car handle significantly better than one with just stock body components but with a heavily massaged engine. Of course, it depends on how you plan to utilize any power gains. For straight line performance - chassis improvements are still required, but has a lower priority compared to the engine and drivetrain. If you plan on taking it out on some Auto-X type of events, even if you doubled or tripled the HP of the car, won't due you any good if that power cannot be put to the ground efficiently.
